As I mentioned, my blogiversary was pretty recently. But, there’s something I have to admit: I’m not really sure when my blogiversary is. Sure, I know the date I created my blog (and WordPress likes to remind me), but I don’t know if I should count it from the moment I created my blog.
Let me explain.
My first post went live more than a month after I created my blog (June 2nd). Then, radio silence. I started taking blogging seriously only in August – three months after I created my blog!
So, where should I start counting? Back in April when I created my blog? In June when my first post was posted? Or in August when I finally took blogging seriously?
Anyways, as it happens, this blog post happens to celebrate not only one but two milestones! Not only is it posted a year after my first post went live, but it’s also my 50th blog post!
To celebrate, I decided to share my ten best blog posts. If you’re new here (hello!), it might direct you to some interesting resources; and if you’ve been here for a while, it might make you rediscover some old posts of mine!
This is definitely my most popular post! When wrote this back in March, never would I have ever thought that it would be as popular as it is. It has over half the total views on my blog! It’s the cause of 50% of my traffic, thanks to Pinterest! Every day, it brings at least a couple of views to the blog.
You’ve gotten into the vicious circle that is procrastination? You’re trying to boost your productivity? Well, I’ve got you covered! I shared my 9 tips to be more productive!
I posted this only in the last weeks, but it’s already looking up to be a very popular post! This post not only gives you a few tips on how to revise your assignments, but it also includes a link to a great resource that can help you write the best paper ever!
I shared what my financial goals for 2016 were and how I plan to achieve them. Now, looking back on it, I realize I’ve only really worked towards one of those goals… need to change that ASAP!
I celebrated my first blogiversary (lol) by sharing the love! I decided to share with you my 10 favorite bloggers. Most of them are college bloggers, but there are a few lifestyle ones on there at well, if you’re curious. I think I’m going to do a second edition of this post at some point because there are many other blogs that I would have liked to include there, now that I think about it!
Study tips are a must for every college blogger, so I think it’s not a surprise that this one got as much traffic as it did. The danger with these posts is that, at some point, they’re all srtarting to resemble one another, but I think I was able to put my own personal twist to it. Want to know how I made the dean’s list this semester? Head over to this post to see how I did it!
As you know, I’m a TV addict. I often ask myself whether Netflix is the worst or the best thing that has happened to it. I made a few TV Show Recommendation posts before, but I decided to switch things up by putting all of my Netflix recommendation in one master post! These shows are all bingeworthy and will have you hooked from the very first episodes! Don’t say I didn’t warn you! 😉
I’m thinking about doing another edition of this post, as I discovered new shows and am bingeing other things since I wrote it.
My first blogger collaboration! A bunch of bloggers and I united to created our ultimate romantic reads just in time for Valentine’s day! Each of us shared our 5 favorites romantic stories, Valentine’s day related or not! Head over to this post if you’re looking for cute romance!
University, or college, can be a scary thing. I was terrified when I first started. What if I got lost on campus? What if I didn’t make friends at all? Well, I’m telling you, all of those things are not the end of the world. The world won’t stop spinning because you get late to your first class or because you can’t find your way to the bus stop. So I decided to share what my first week at uni was like!
Seeing the success this post had, I decided to turn it into a series! Each semester, I tell you what classes I have and how my first week of the semester went. I wrote a winter edition and a summer one!
This is one of the posts that I’m most proud of. I work so hard to create a great resource to help you ace your finals! I covered not only the subject of studying, but also of physical and mental health! This post contains tips to help you go through the finals period, but it can also be used as a college survival guide in general!
I’ve always been an introvert, but I do like to get out every so often. But, as I’m quite
lazy busy, I don’t always have the time to get out of the house. But I made it one of my goals of 2016 to get out more often and get out of my comfort zone! See the post for tips on how to make that happen and get rid of FOMO.
